• Ingredients:
- 12 packets tortellini
- 1500 grams ready-made Bolognese or Spagaroni sauce
- 5 large onions
- 4 cloves garlic
- 300 grams butter
- 8 tablespoons breadcrumbs
- 8 tablespoons oil
- salt/pepper
- 4 bags grated cheese
• Preparation:
1. Cook tortellini according to directions
2. Fry the chopped onions and garlic
3. Add Bolognese sauce to the onion mixture
4. Let this simmer for 10 minutes
5. Mix butter and breadcrumbs through the hot tortellini
6. Add sauce
7. Serve the grated cheese separately
8. Good with a green or mixed salad.
