• Ingredients:
- 6 cream cheeses of 125 grams each, for example Boursin or Bressot
- 1200 grams bacon cubes
- 900 grams frozen spinach
- 1 litre milk
- lump of butter
- Pasta as desired
• Preparation:
1. Fry bacon cubes
2. Melt cream cheeses with lump of butter and a bit of milk
3. Mix spinach through it
4. Add bacon cubes
Dilute with milk until sauce is smooth.
