Pasta and spinach-cream cheese sauce

12 persons

• Ingredients:

  •  6 cream cheeses of 125 grams each, for example Boursin or Bressot
  •  1200 grams bacon cubes
  •  900 grams frozen spinach
  •  1 litre milk
  •  lump of butter  
  •  Pasta as desired

• Preparation:

1.       Fry bacon cubes

2.       Melt cream cheeses with lump of butter and a bit of milk

3.       Mix spinach through it

4.       Add bacon cubes

Dilute with milk until sauce is smooth.
