Both sailing and being moored alongside the quay the 'Zeemeeuw' offer several options. Its impressive rigging, the comfortable deck interior and the spacious, cosy room on the lower deck, also make it very suitable for meetings, product presentations, trainings, school trips, etc.
Hotel or group accommodation
The ship is also available during the winter season as hotel or group accommodation. Then its mooring place is Sneek. In short, on this ship everyone will have fun, the fanatical sailor, the sun-worshipper who loves to laze away and the inquisitive landlubber. Because exertion and relaxation go hand in hand on board of the 'Zeemeeuw'.
Safety
Regarding the safety, for every passenger there’s a swimming vest on board (8 pieces of children’s vests). Fire extinguishers, fire blankets, fire hose and fire alarm system. Safety and evacuation plan. Two exits. Lifebuoys with line and light. GPS, sea maps, compass, mobile phone, ship’s radio and marine radio. Also the Zeemeeuw is checked by Register Holland regularly. A sailing permit for IJsselmeer and Wadden Sea is present.
